Ahhhh September! I can almost smell the burning firewood. As we start moving into this new school year routine while transitioning out of summer, let's start to set our goals for the end of 2017 and beginning of 2018! In order to make a permanent change, gradual alterations must be formed. This small blog is to help motivate you in any area where you may feel like you are falling short on your goals. Volunteering once a month or making healthier choices is a great way to start! Appreciate the moment you are in and take the time to reflect on what you want to change and just... DO IT!
