What is our return policy?
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipment date. 
  • Garments must be in their original unworn condition with all tags attached. 
  • We cannot take back worn or washed merchandise. 
  • Products marked final sale, headbands, scrunchies, socks, and towels and are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy. 

Do we offer exchanges?

We’re so sorry but we are not able to process exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item simply follow our return process for the item/items you no longer want and place a new order for item/items you do want. 

What do I do if something is damaged?

On no!  If a product is damaged, please reach out to us at We will be happy to facilitate the return.  Please be sure to send us a picture of the damage so we can confirm the need to return the item.  

What is our Holiday return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept qualifying returns made between 11/15/2023 – 12/24/2023 until Jan 31, 2024 

How long will my refund take? 

If your package arrives within 14 days of our issuing the Return Authorization, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. 

How to return an item:

  1. You must email to receive an RA form (return authorization form).
  2. Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
  3. We do not accept returns for items purchased with a coupon code or through a promotional third party. Make sure your item(s) have not been purchased with a coupon code or through a promotion.
  4. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Electric Yoga  cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship.
  5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
