Is Skinny Sexy? Or Is Fit Sexy?

Scrolling on Instagram can be emotionally tolling. I don't know about you, but when I scroll through my feed, I develop a little bit of anxiety toward my body. I see all these models, influencers, and friends who have amazing bodies because they are skinny and it makes me think, maybe I should stop HIIT and go low carb. But then I thought to myself, I'd rather be a strong woman who is heart-healthy and fit than a skinny girl with no strength. I decided I should be proud of who I am and what I can achieve and the grass is not always greener on the other side!

Being skinny and fit both include commitment and restrictions, but we personally believe being fit has way more advantages than just being skinny.

Taking part in daily activities, running, yoga, gym fitness activities are a vital part of not just your physical health, but your mental health!
