I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Give us a ring at 213.550.2950 (ext 0) with your order number on hand and we will gladly do our best to accommodate you.
It seems like my order won't go through. What should I do?
If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.
Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

I just placed my order.How can I add another item to it?
Give us a ring asap at 213.550.2950 (ext 0). If the order has been processed, there's a high chance you will have to place a whole new order.
When will my order ship?
Orders received before 1PM Pacific Standard Time are shipped the same day Monday through Friday.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once Electric Yoga have received your package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

How can I check on the status of my order?
To review your order status, click on the ‘SIGN IN’ button located on the right end of the navigation. Enter your username and password (if you do not have one, please contact customer service with your invoice ID#). Finally, click the “Order Status” button.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
A tracking number was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can also access this from your Electric Yoga account.
You can use that tracking number to track your order:

Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be registered.
